1. Order Fulfillment

As we deal with live animals and fresh organic produce, weights may vary slightly during processing. We strive to provide the **exact weight ordered or higher** to ensure maximum value for every customer.

2. Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched within **24 hours** of confirmation. To maintain cold-chain integrity, customers must be available at the provided address to receive fresh products immediately upon arrival.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted at the **moment of delivery** if the quality does not meet our "Premium Farm Standard." Once accepted, products cannot be returned.
